Description
The Vertical Jump Tip-2-Tip is a simple yet highly effective tool for measuring explosive leg power and tracking children’s physical development and fitness. Widely used in primary and secondary school PE, this test challenges pupils to jump from a standing position and reach as high as possible, comparing their jump height to their body height, an internationally recognised method for assessing leg strength-to-weight ratio. This version is longer than the Sportshall Junior Vertical Jump, meaning you don’t need to readjust the board for each participant. It features a magnetically held sliding scale that adjusts to the pupil’s height before each jump, ensuring fair and accurate results every time. Versatile and easy to use, it can be mounted vertically on any suitable wall, making it a valuable addition to your KS2 and KS3 PE equipment.
Mounting Guidance (guide only):
• Primary School: 1.60m from floor to bottom screw
• Secondary School: 1.80m from floor to bottom screw
