    How do I know when my order has been placed?

    When your order has been confirmed you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided on the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our team through the contact form.

    What are the lead times on your products?

    Lead times may vary based on stock availability, production schedules and supplier timelines. The estimates provided below are approximate and subject to change.

    • In-stock items (dispatched from our warehouse): typically delivered within 2 working days.
    • Items shipped directly from our suppliers: deliveries will vary between 7-28 days.
    • Bespoke Products: For made-to-order or customised items, we will provide an estimated lead time at initial quotation and confirm the lead time after payment has been received.

    Can I pay by invoice?

    Yes, if you’re a trade customer or a school that needs to place an order using a purchase order, we can help. Please contact our team, who will assist you in setting up a credit account and guide you through the ordering process.

    What is the delivery cost?

    Orders will be despatched from our warehouse via our preferred carrier at a standard delivery rate of £13.29 + VAT to mainland England & Wales.

    Delivery to the following areas will be subject to the following charges. These charges will be added to your order at checkout based on your post code.

    The delivery charges are as follows:

    Scottish Highlands – £68.00 + VAT

    Grampian – £53.00 + VAT

    Isle of Wight – £28.00 + VAT

    Isle of Man – £70.00 + VAT

    Channel Islands – £70.00 + VAT

    Isles of Scilly – £70.00 + VAT

    Scottish Isles – £70.00 + VAT

    What do I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

    We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, on occasion the parcel may get damaged during transit.

    If your parcel arrives damaged, you must refuse the delivery and not sign for the package. Then, notify us in writing within 3 calendar days of receipt of goods.

    We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged item to help us assess the issue.

    Once we’ve received your claim and it falls within the timeframes above, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

    • Repair or replacement of the damaged goods.
    • Supply of any missing items.
    • A refund for the affected goods.

    Failure to inform Eveque in writing within the specified timescale will result in no claim being able to be made. Please do not attempt to returns goods before communicating with Eveque.

    We take pride in our efficient lead times and always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For bespoke items or custom projects, lead times can vary depending on the product type, item size and our current production schedule.

    Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll provide an estimated lead time tailored to your specific request. If you have a deadline or need your item by a particular date, please don’t hesitate to contact our team, we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

    My order hasn‘t arrived, please help?

    If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact our team as soon as possible. This is the quickest way to help us locate your parcel, whether it’s delayed in transit or awaiting delivery from our supplier.

    What warranty do I get with my order?

    We offer a standard guarantee of 12 months from date of invoice against faulty materials or workmanship for all our products.

    How do I place a bespoke order?

    For custom design and manufacturing enquiries, please complete the contact us form or email your requirements to info@eveque.co.uk. Our team will review your request, discuss the details with you and provide a tailored quote. Once you approve the quote and have made payment, your order will move into production.
